1. Assumption of Risk Motorcycling is inherently dangerous. While our gear is designed to provide professional-grade protection, no equipment can guarantee safety in every scenario. By using Firemoto products, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with riding. Firemoto is not liable for any injury, loss, or death resulting from the use of our products.

2. Limited Liability Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement cost or refund of the product in the event of a documented manufacturing defect. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

3. Intellectual Property We love seeing our gear in the wild. You are encouraged to share photos and videos of Firemoto gear on social media for personal use. However, all logos, designs, and slogans (like "Shiny Side Up") are the property of Firemoto. Commercial reproduction or unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

4. User-Generated Content If you send us photos or reviews—whether for a Crash Replacement claim or just to show off—we will always ask for your explicit permission before using them in our public marketing or advertising.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by international legal standards to ensure consistent protection for the brand and our riders worldwide.

6. Policy Changes We reserve the right to update these terms as the brand grows. Continued use of our site or products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
