When did you place your order?

If you placed an order between December 28, 2025 and February 15, 2026 and did not receive your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Due to interruptions in our services during that period, we did not receive payment for those orders. As a result, we are not able to issue refunds. Please contact your bank or card provider and request a chargeback so they can reverse your payment. This is the fastest way to resolve this issue. If your bank requires any information from us for the process, please contact support and we will assist.

If it has been more than 14 business days since you placed your order, please reach out to us with your order number to get an update.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Let us know within 30 days of delivery if you are unhappy for any reason, and we'll do our best to make it right.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times for most orders are 8-14 business days.
Are any purchases final sale?

Any items purchased at a discount greater than 15% are final purchases.
Where do you ship from?

Depending on your shipping address and our stock, we may ship from the U.S., Canada, or Dubai.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer free 8-14 day shippingon all orders over $100. Depending on your area, there may be express shipping options available to you at checkout.
Will your gear really protect in a crash?

Yes. We use full Kevlar linings and CE-approved armor designed to handle a slide and keep your skin where it belongs. Many of our customers and team members have walked away unharmed from serious crashes.
Do I need to size up or down?

Just grab whatever size you usually wear. We’ve done the work to make sure the fit is spot on, so there's no need to guess. If it’s not perfect, you can swap it through our portal without any hassle.
