Refund policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your gear.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, resellable condition. You’re welcome to try gear on for fit, but we cannot accept returns that are dirty, worn, or damaged.

  • Refund Options: You can choose a refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit. If you choose store credit, we’ll add an extra $15 to your balance.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can manage your return and print a label through our self-serve portal.

  • Crash Replacement: If you purchased the Crash Replacement add-on, it has no expiration date. It remains valid until you need to use it.
